- Daily monitoring means someone is looking our for you or you loved one every day
- Readings out of range are called on daily
- If a patient doesn’t use their devices for 2 days, our helpful and compassionate staff calls to check in.
- We coordinate additional needed care with the provider so you are never on your own
- Patients have the same technicians and NPs call them each month so they develop long term relationships.
